Delete windows update folders that were left behind

Did you have a windows update done to your Windows and noticed some weird folder names were left behind?  These folders are named something similar to "6563303fb29a717b1a2dc6afafddacf7".  You also noticed that you can not delete these folders even though you are the Administrator.

Here is how to delete these folders:

You'll need to change the security on those folders.  You will notice that if you right click on one of these folders and go to the security tab, the Special Permissions check box is the only one that is selected.  Take Full Control by selecting the Full Control check box.  Hit OK and now you should be able to delete those folders.
